Matchmaking Process

How does the Elite Personal Search match-making process work? 

Elite Personal Search matchmaking process is flexible, sophisticated and entirely done by talented staff members (i.e., not computers). 

Firstly, we call you up on the number you provided us in order to clarify any doubts you may have regarding our system. Then we ask to meet you for an interview so we schedule an interview with you some time to meet in our offices or at any convenient location you specify. During this interview, we assess your needs, including what you are looking for in a potential partner or date, how have things worked for you in the past, etc. Our matchmakers record your preferences for future reference at our side.  

Second, we try to match your potential interests with the interests mentioned in profiles of other members. Our matchmakers comb through our list of profiles trying to match someone of your likes and tastes, based on what we have learnt from you during the interview. This process is what takes the most time during the match-making process, but typically we are able to match you with some one within 48 hours or less. Our entire matchmaking process is hand-driven and done manually by matching experts who understand your needs and what you are looking for, we do not use automated matchmaking systems. 

Third, once we are ready to set you up on a date with someone, the Elite Personal Search matchmakers call both the members with the information about the date, time and venue scheduled for the date. We give out only the first name of the other member during the call. We do not divulge your personal details like full name, phone number, email address or where you work. Your privacy and confidentiality is assured. We aim to make sure the venue and timings we have set up are comfortable to both the parties involved. 

Fourth, at this stage, all you need to do is to show up at the appointed time in the appointed place (usually a good restaurant) and enjoy the date we have set up for you. You are free to size up the other member, their life style, their aims, dreams, ambitions and goals in life, etc. Elite Personal Search aims to make the dating and meeting process entirely fun and as natural as possible. 

Fifth, at the conclusion of the date, you are free to exchange contact info like phone number, email address, etc. with the other member, it is entirely your call and up to you. We ask that you call your Elite Personal Search matchmaker with your feedback once you have completed the date. This will help us take your feedback and preferences into account in case we are setting up your future dates.
